Enrolling my daughter and myself to A-Force BJJ Academy has been one of the best decisions we've made since moving to Long Island. The professors and coaches are all professional, skilled in their art, and their attention to detail is phenomenal! I've seen such so much change w/ my daughter on and off the mat. Professor Luan and Professor Andre have created a great environment where parents feel comfortable and where kids can learn BJJ, respect, and discipline.

As for myself, I've trained BJJ for a few years but needed to stop because of some health issues. I thought training was no longer an option for me. Enrolling my daughter encouraged me to try training again. It wasn't easy, and a bit humbling, but the encouragement and motivation I received from the instructors and community got me from not being able to do 1 class a week to a point where I'm at the best shape of my life!
