We have tried A-Force at both the Great Neck and Syosset locations. Both locations have great instructor who can really connect with my two energetic boys (ages 5 and 8). Classes and schedules work well for us and its been great meeting other parents in the community.

My boys have been at this A-Force in Syosset for about a year now and they love it. The environment is warm and welcoming. All the professors and instructors are amazing! They are patient with all the kids regardless of their skill level, really care about the kids and encourage them to do their best, but also pushing them when they need to. In addition to learning techniques for self defense, fighting, etc. they are also taught discipline, respect, persistence and the list goes on. I see my boys training with A-Force for a long time coming!

Having enrolled my 10-year-old daughter last September into the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program at A-Force in Syosset, I felt compelled to share our positive experience with others.

Moreover, their presence and support at these tournaments show their commitment to their students’ journey and growth.

They're constantly in tune with my daughter’s progress, offering feedback, praise, and constructive criticism as needed. Their hands-on, personalized teaching approach has been key to her progression. She's always excited about her upcoming classes, and we can see tangible improvements in her skills and attitude since she started at A-Force.

Originally we did a trial in their Great Neck location and really liked the professors, but Great Neck was too far for us. When they opened the Syosset school, we were there for their opening day and haven't left. Both my son and daughter attend A-Force. We've tried other BJJ schools and why A-Force was a good fit for us was because of professor Alex and Andre's teaching methods and personalities. The kids have a good time while learning self control and respect. The school is bright, big, and clean. They have an area for siblings to sit and do homework or play. The environment is welcoming for both students and parents. Also they have ample parking. Thank goodness.
