I work for a Home Care agency, and deal with many Nursing Home personnel. I must say, that I have never met someone like Jaclyn Ryan, before!! Jackie, is exceptionally nice!! Her readiness to help, is something that amazes me again, and again! She makes herself available and so gladly assists with whatever I may need. Truly a sample!! We need More people like her in the workforce!!:):)

My father recently was discharged from this rehabilitation facility. He stayed in this rehab for around 6 months to recover following a terrible fall that made him particularly weak due to his chemotherapy. Overall, my father had a good experience; he had some helpful aids. He really enjoyed his physical and occupational therapy treatments there. That's what he said he'd miss the most. The RN nurse supervisor named Linda, was very wonderful. Such a doll! She always helped with all my father's out of the city chemotherapy sessions, and she was the first person I called whenever I had a question about medication or a health issue. The members of Linda's team were excellent. I'd also like to express my gratitude to Jackie Ryan, the director of social worker there. Jackie ALWAYS responded when I would contact her on different days and at different times, and if I had a concern, she would go check on my father. Even the discharge procedure was made simple by her, and she thoroughly explained it to me. The six months my father spent there were good overall; I felt safe knowing he was there and that someone was watching out for him. If something happens, the facility will also let you know and keep you informed. I'm happy I chose this center for my father.

Family oriented facility. Doors are always opened for all disciplines including administration and director of nursing who is always readily available and hands on.

Amazing staff all around from all disciplines. Wonderful rehab staff for sure. Most importantly, the Social Services department is absolutely amazing in communicating with residents and their loved ones from admission to discharge planning to reaching each department and getting all your questions answered! Director of Social Work Jackie is fantastic!!! I have never come across a social work who is readily available to assist and really gets to know her residents and family members.

She informs residents/families about updates, changes in status and participation in care plan meetings. Very detailed and does an excellent job with discharges and community services that is needed. She also does follow up calls after discharge to assure all services have been met. She goes above and beyond in trying to accommodate and meet the needs of every resident and their loved ones. She is truly a gem!! The staff aims to make a difference in the overall psychological well-being and healthy outlook of all the residents being served. I thank you!

My brother has been a resident here since 2022. All the interactions that I’ve had both in person and over the phone with staff members have been wonderful. Jackie Ryan, who is one of the social workers, truly cares about the residents and their wellbeing. She has gone above and beyond for my brother. She always makes time to contact my sister and I for everything. She answers our questions and explains everything thoroughly. She returns our calls and replies to our emails. I would recommend Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to friends and family.

The Bronx Park Rehabilitation is a tremendous place for your loved ones to be where they can receive professional and family centered care. My uncle has been staying here and it is one of the best decision our family made. Since my uncle has been here he has improved amazingly well. Thank you to all the staff on the 2nd floor, including his social worker, dietitian, therapist, nurses and their assistance. Well done all and keep delivering high-quality service.
