Jay from capital bait and tackle is by far the most helpful person I’ve ever done business with when it comes to tackle shops.
Super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I know walking into Capitol bait and tackle I’ll always be put in the correct direction.

(April 1, 2023, 3:55 pm)I recently purchased a Daiwa Saltist fishing reel and a beautiful ALPS rod, wow what a combo. Anyway, I originally stopped in this shop to see their selection of reels and let me tell you that i did have alot of questions. The staff there were all eager to help and answer all my questions.I felt so at home and comfortable with the way they ran this business I purchased a matching rod. It's nice to be treated like this and leave a business establishment with a smile and feeling happy. Give them a try for all your bait and tackle and I'm sure you will understand what i'm talking about.

(January 18, 2019, 7:14 am)This place is a pilgrimage truly a shrine going here is like going to the Vatican Jerusalem or Mecca you think you are in heaven truly an institution. My grandfather brought me there as a child and I have had the pleasure of doing the same with mine if you are beyond having Walmart serve your needs you cannot possibly do better hats off to the family that founded and continues to run this place after many generations.
