James and Jessica from Citywide Roofing and Gutters are a dynamic duo! Reached out to Citywide for an emergency roof inspection and James was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He stopped by the very next day and assessed our roof while thoroughly explaining his process and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The following day, Jessica called to inform that our inspection report was ready and would be sent via email. She added that if I had any questions regarding the report I could give her a call and she'll gladly provide me with more information if needed. As promised, I received the comprehensive report, which included photos and descriptive language. James and Jessica are TRUE professionals and are highly recommended!
