I called Jeep corporate and they set me up with East Hills to repaint my car, I got paired with Mike in service and he was super helpful in helping get my car done asap. Got it done quicker than they said it would even thought their body shop was backed up. Appreciate the work my car looks great thanks again.

(December 22, 2022, 4:28 pm)I had a great experience at the East Hills Jeep service center this week. I had 3 o’clock appointment to drop my truck off. I walked inside everyone asked if I was being helped while I was waiting for my truck to be checked in. I was dealing with service advisor Dean. He was very helpful and very polite. I didn’t have the information on my extended warranty he was able to call the company and get the information for me. He was able to line up rental assistance for me through the extended warranty once the car was diagnosed. He said I might be a couple of days before I get it back because they were backed up. I appreciate the honesty I got a call they everything was fixed and covered by the extended warranty and I could pick up my Truck. Dean made this a great experience. I will definitely go back.

I am a first time mom with a newborn and Ingrid made the entire process effortless and quick. I am beyond thrilled with my new Grand Cherokee L!!
