I recently returned for a living room renovation. From start to finish, they do an amazing job helping you pick out your flooring with many options to choose from their showroom. They thoroughly explain their products in a professional and personal manner. A special shout-out to Mynor Melendez who made sure we got the best customer experience from purchase to delivery with periodic updates!
Also, our delivery driver Manuel
was pleasant and went over our complete order upon drop-off.

When I needed additional flooring, they got it to me as quickly as possible. I used Gold Coast years ago in my first home, and this time around I was also satisfied with them now in my second home! Just an all around great place for flooring!

(October 12, 2022, 7:47 pm)I had an excellent experience at Gold Coast Flooring. On the day that I came to the Showroom, both Brian and Bill were working and there were quite a few customers in the showroom, but they were able meet all their customers and balance their needs. They were attentive, without hovering, and able to give honest advice when asked and explain the pros and cons of the various products. I spent about an hour in the showroom trying to decide between the various options and I finally settled on 2, but really wanted to see how they would look in the space with lighting etc. in order to make my final decision. Bill agreed to let me take the samples with me, so I could be confident in my decision. That was the best thing because the one I really liked in the showroom, looked totally different in the my apartment and I ended up going with the second option. Ordering was easy and the delivery timeframe was communicated up front. A few days before i was to get my flooring delivered I got a call, from Bill informing me that it was supposed to rain, so not ideal for the hardwood, so he suggested we delay the delivery until the forecast cleared. Great customer service throughout all my dealings with them. I would highly recommend this business.
