Before I started training here, I barely worked out. I was not eating healthy and had a low self esteem about my body. I went from barely being able to manage a single push up to doing multiple sets now after a few months. They got me on the right path to a healthier life! I would get tired throughout the day, and now I am pumped and have more energy all day!

They never stick to the same set of exercises and are always tweaking the routine to meet new goals. You'll never be bored and never feel like the trainers are not paying attention to your personal growth.

I know it sounds like a cheesy infomercial but, thanks to this place I'm the best shape of my life, and I have just started!

This is the best place in town for an awesome workout! The kickboxing classes are fun and challenging at the same time--you will sweat and burn a ton of calories! The instructors are very knowledgeable about fitness and will encourage you throughout the class. I have been going to class religiously for 7 months and have lost weight, toned muscles, and gained confidence!

Anderson and his partner are excellent trainers, hosts and people. The I Love Kickboxing Club in Great Neck is committed to getting you in shape and making sure you're comfortable. They teach you legitimate kickboxing moves and give you just enough push so you can become stronger, more flexible and become more fit. I highly recommend this specific Kickboxing gym for their flexibility, encouraging attitude and engaging, high energy classes!

I joined the workouts a few a months ago and have enjoyed it very much. The workouts are great, the staff is full of energy and knows how to push you to do better while showing you the proper techniques. I have seen great results in my strength, flexibility, and endurance. I look forward to each session and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great workout with an awesome group.

My son takes Karate classes here. He loves it; always looks forward to the next class. Besides learning the skills of karate, he also learns how to live a healthy lifestyle, respect, humility, self control; it helps with balance, coordination, concentration as well.
Myself and my husband also take part in the kickboxing classes. We love the classes and the instructors there. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The kickboxing classes offer a fun and challenging workout that incorporates kickboxing techniques and intense interval training; therefore you get a whole body workout. Each class is different, so it never gets boring. You are able to go at your own pace and modify exercises to suit you abilities. By far, it is the best work out I ever had!!
