I have suffered with serious teeth issues my entire life and have been to more dentists than I can count. Since your smile is the first thing someone sees and can change your entire appearance, I was very particular on who I wanted to use as a cosmetic dentist, especially when it comes to your front teeth. It was not until I walked into Dr. Tsangaroulis’ office did I know what a great dentist was capable of. From day 1 Dr. Tsangaroulis and his team have been completely honest, up front and will literally do EVERYTHING in their power to make things possible for you. Many doctors can say they care but its not until those words are turned into action, do you believe them. I have never seen a group of strangers care so much about making someone happy like this team. Since I have been seeing Dr. Tsangaroulis, my hope for a beautiful smile has returned and my journey to having my full mouth reconstruction has been as seamless as possible. I have never trusted a group of people so much and am thankful everyday that I found a team as great as Dr. Tsangaroulis’.

Just a few examples of how my experience has been different:

1. Because Dr. Tsangaroulis and his staff care about you, you will never walk out of his office without being able to smile. The day we had to prep all my teeth for temporary crowns and taking into account how many issues I walked in with beforehand, a lot of prep was needed. Things took longer than expected and instead of rushing and pushing me out just to have me come back another day to finish, his staff stayed late so that I could walk out of his office better then I walked in.

2. After a thorough exam by Dr. Tsangaroulis, he found that I needed to have some root canals and gum procedures completed prior to working on my teeth (foundation first). In most cases working with 3 dentists/doctors is a headache but for me, I never had to be responsible for relaying a message or having my records sent from one doctor to another. There was absolutely no back and forth needed on my part, Dr. Tsangaroulis’ team worked side by side with both the Endodontists and periodontist seamlessly so that all parties were always up to date on where I stood in my process. That alone was a huge weight lifted off my shoulder and reassured me once again that I was in great hands.

I am still in the process of having my great smile completed but I know that I couldn’t be under better care and can’t wait to see what the finished product will look like.
