(October 27, 2022, 9:52 pm)My girlfriend made me an appointment so I went in for a facial. The moment I arrived I was greeted with very warm service from the girls at the counter.
Diana was the esthetician that did my detox facial. Her service was beyond excellent. She made me feel so comfortable that one hour felt like 20 minutes. I highly recommend her.
When I got home my girlfriend immediately noticed how clear my skin looked. -

I especially love my massages by Sonia. She is very thorough and asks for feedback throughout the massage to ensure her service is to your liking. -

Viviana was fabulous. I was long overdue for a facial and she took the time out to get all those pores unclogged😆! I definitely felt the difference after. Thank you! -

(February 2, 2022, 12:03 pm)Tried to cancel my account but then was convinced by the owner to put it on hold so that I remain in the system. She ensured that I would not be charged unless I reauthorized the account but 2 months later the auto pay kicked in. I've moved to NJ since and they were still taking the monthly fee for the past year!
I contacted them today to see if this could be resolved but the manager said I could "Do whatever I wanted to but there's no refunds."
They said the owner would call me back today. I will keep this review updated.
(Update)
Got off the phone with Gil the owner and he was polite and courteous and sorted the issue out. Got a refund for the charges.
