(July 11, 2023, 8:15 am)This Honda car dealership vehicle customer service was really nice. The representatives were very helpful and efficient. While we have bought multiple Honda vehicles in the past for the Bronx location, this was our first visit to the New Rochelle dealership, and we were thoroughly impressed. The location was well designed and constructed.
We bought our vehicle in for a seatbelt recall, and the repair was taken care of within a couple of hours. It was literally the same day we were able to pick up our vehicle. We liked that courtesy transportation back to our start location was available after we dropped off the Honda CR-V. -

Very clear and concise explanation on details of vehicle and every documents I had to sign. I would definitely be talking to my friends about using them for their purchase. I bought a Honda HRV and I think they have the best team at Honda of New Rochelle

I bought a Honda Civic there earlier this year and my husband - John Thomas - recently bought a Honda Civic from the same place. Pedro Gutierrez was extremely helpful to both of us, taking plenty of time in answering all of our questions and assisting us in making our decision. Mr. Gutierrez was always kind and courteous and was very knowledgeable. We both highly recommend Honda of New Rochelle. Thank you very much.

We agreed on price quickly for the CRV I purchased. Allan and John were a great help in making sure that my rental car was dropped off in order to make this deal happen and getting my car detailed. Excellent service from Honda of New Rochelle team.

All employees are very nice and helpful all sales rep and finance managers tring help you to get your dream car. When you will be leaving from dealership with you dream car with you. Also they have a lot certified used cars. One thing sure they are moving with your direction all possibilities for your pocket. How or what you can afford to purchase your dream car.
