Always a pleasure to get my car serviced here, yes the wait is a little long but that is because many of the cars being serviced come from everywhere not just New Rochelle. I always leave my vehicle and they call me when my car is ready for pickup. They are always very respectful, I love their service.
Overal excellent mechanical check service. If they believe to see anything wrong they tell you with exceptional busy time. On my last visit, they were short staff. My previous time seen to have more staff and was better. I would recomend to remove the word "express". An oil change take 3 hours. Best to drop the car and comeback later.
