Honda Of Stamford

I had a wonderful experience with Honda of Stamford. The team was super knowledgeable and helpful. They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and they offered me options which took my needs - and budget - into account. They were also very responsive and accommodating, basically bending over backwards to make sure that our family was satisfied with the car that we ended up driving home. I would sincerely recommend Honda of Stamford to anyone who is looking to lease or purchase a car. Specifically, I would recommend Rashinda Shane and John Strazza. Both were easy and nice to work with, and they went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. Thanks again!

Since they moved the Stamford, everything has changed (in a good way). From the moment you entered the facility, the vehicle entrance has tire sensors and will tell you your tire condition right away. They also have this new waiting lounge with comfortable seats and 2 tv’s. A gentleman walks around with a bowl of treats offering them for free. After you get your vehicle serviced, you will get a free car wash and they will walk you out to your vehicle. I am truly impressed! (A+)

I had the best experience here !!! Smooth and quick ! I made a phone call spoke with Adalfi over at the dealership and she's was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I knew what car I wanted I spoke to her and she told me what was in stock, sent over the paperwork via email I signed came in and picked up the car ! It was such a smooth transaction I've never came into a dealership and spent 30 minutes in and out !!! SHE WAS AMAZING!! I highly recommend going to Adalfi. Lovely experience 5 STARS!!

Can't say enough great things my experience at Honda of Stamford. I had been looking for a new car for awhile and had a wide range of experiences, most of them resulting in a less than ideal customer experience. Luckily, when I called Honda of Stamford, the phone was answered by Ray. Ray was absolutely amazing, you could feel the enthusiasm he had for the role and he carried himself with the highest level of professionalism. He guided me through the entire buying process, advocated on my behalf to help get me a great deal, and treated us with respect. We have a newborn, so getting the right car is my #1 priority to keep my family safe. Ray made sure that we got the right car and I thank him for helping me and my family feel safe and comfortable. Again, it was just a fantastic experience, so much so that I had to write a review since so many dealerships do not operate with this level of integrity. The GM John has put together a fantastic team and I can't recommend working with Honda of Stamford and Ray enough. Would give them 6 out of 5 stars if possible!
