I am 71 years old and have been suffering with debilitating sciatica for over 3 years. Dr. Liss and his physical therapists have helped me get back to my normal life again. Without drugs and surgery. He is the best Doctor I have ever been to. He genuinely cares, is very gentle and knows what he's doing. HE IS WONDERFUL!!!!! and I highly recommend him. His staff is also amazing to work with. Kindness all around.

I went to Dr Liss for cumulative running injuries. I found Dr Liss to be an expert diagnostician. He patiently educated me on what was causing my problems and set out a plan of recovery that included both traditional and alternative therapies. Thank you, Dr Liss.

Experienced caring medical advice, smart friendly staff, minimalist approach to surgical options, takes insurance. 40 years of expertise. (Alas, no courtesy bar of free lattes and croissants for seniors. No one is perfect. Also still waiting for requested Rx of week in Aruba. Should have asked for ice cream.) Update....Ask for MELISSA to put you on wait list for a cancellation if you need to be seen earlier than popular demand normally allows with advance notice. She actually did call back same day .... I have known Dr. Howard Liss since the late 1980's, at which time he recognized an usual and painful back issue I had which had remained undiagnosed by others for 5 years. He recommended a surgeon at Columbia who was able to correct it and allow me to once again be mobile, pain free and resume sports that I had to give up. I saw Dr. Liss for others issues over time, he always identified the issue and his superb staff and instructive therapies always got me going again. I moved 70 miles away, and recently came back to see Dr. Liss , as I wanted his opinion about some issues I am having. He once again set me on the right path with conservative physical therapy. I recommend him highly to everyone. He is personable, and still takes the time to listen as well as examine carefully. His advice and recommendations are invaluable to me! Also, his office staff are wonderful and caring.
