My husband and I worked with Jenny's office on two real estate transactions and cannot recommend them enough. We first saw Spina when a different lawyer was representing us and wished Spina was on our side. Jenny and her team are professional, timely and courteous. They take their time explaining the terms and process to us and do so in plain English! We plan to use their service in other areas.

Jenny C. Ahn represented me for my coop apartment sale. Along with her excellent team (Hannah and Spina), we were able to navigate all of the issues and briskly deal with the required paperwork. New York real estate transactions involve piles of paperwork and coordination with numerous parties. All of this was taken care of with consummate professionalism by Ms Ahn and her office. They were always available and responsive throughout the entire process and were quick to answer any questions or concerns. As I was not able to personally attend, the closing was handled on my behalf via power-of-attorney, one of the many legal services offered by Ms Ahn's law office. I highly recommend this law office.
