I live in Florida but decided to buy a condo in New Jersey in order to have a place to stay during extended visits with my daughter and family. I found a private sale only minutes away and in the same town. In order to facilitate the purchase I needed legal representation. My financial advisor recommended Mark McAuliffe. Someone he’d known since childhood. I met with Mark to discuss my plan. He was extremely professional and approachable. During the many months before closing Mark and his assistant Linda made sure all schedules were met and that my interests were protected during negotiations. The closing was virtual due to COVID but Mark handed me the keys to my new property personally. I have sort Marks advice on other matters recently.
