(April 11, 2023, 2:52 pm)I had a small fire in my kitchen and my whole apartment smelled of smoke. My carpets are good quality and it took time to restore them and remove the smell. John always kept me informed as to the progress and the carpets were returned on time. The men who laid the carpets were wonderful. The bedroom carpet in particular took a lot of patience and effort to lay since the bed and all the furniture had to be removed. Everything now is as good as new! I would highly recommend Megerian Carpet Cleaners.

From the initial phone call, John gave me his feedback and outlined the steps necessary to remove a stain from the rug, quoting the price and timeframe as well. Not only did they clean the rug, they kept me up to date regarding the process and gave my rug extra attention without additional cost. To top it all off, they picked up and delivered the rug as well.

It was a pleasure working with a local family business with such extensive knowledge and expertise. They can even take care of your rug cleaning/repair needs, as well as in home carpet and furniture/upholstery cleaning. Whole heartedly recommend!

(November 22, 2022, 2:45 pm)We purchased a unique and beautiful hand knotted 9 x 12 carpet from Megerian while visiting their carpet museum and workshop in Yerevan, Armenia. We first enjoyed watching the process of carpet creation and viewed the dazzling collection of Armenian carpets in the museum, many of them antiques with stories to tell. Once our purchase was completed, I dealt with John Megerian in New York to facilitate the shipping of the carpet to our New York home. John provided outstanding customer service and was always available to deal with the occasional glitches that can occur with an international shipment. I will enthusiastically deal with Megerian again and will visit their New York showroom the next time I'm in the market for an exquisite hand made rug.
