(January 25, 2021, 1:35 pm)I went in to do some work-out . I found I could not lift one of my legs above a certain height. Gabriel took that leg and wired on doing strengthening massages. While he was massaging I was screaming with pain but when he finished I was able to lift my leg as high as I wanted to and people have commented that I walk better than before the massage. Thank you Gabriel.

As a result, I dropped fat, gained muscle and I look and feel great! Training with OHF helps me set new fitness goals and then smash those goals. For that, I will be a lifetime client!

(January 18, 2021, 2:29 pm)I’ve been a client of Gabe’s for about a year. I wanted to work with a trainer to help me tone my body. Gabe was able to help me achieve my goal to build muscle mass. Gabe is an awesome Personal Trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He is an awesome conditioning and strength training coach. He is able to adjust exercises to fit your needs, mobility and flexibility. Gabe is an excellent motivator who will push you beyond what you think you are capable of. He will always have some inspirational quote for you to keep you motivated. I am so pleased with my personal training with him and with the results that I am achieving.
