Kayla, the most amazing nutritionist, has completely helped to shift my mindset around how and what I eat! In just 4 weeks so far, I am fueling my body with nutrients like never before, and it definitely shows in how I feel. I have much more energy, my back pain is already less than half of what it was, and I am in an overall better mood. I am starting to see more muscle definition and cannot wait to see more changes as I work with Prefusion!

(May 24, 2022, 9:19 am)Whenever I tried to lose weight, it would be slow and I'd usually lose muscle mass with it (and look smaller). PH designed a customized plan for me that led me to lose fat and even gain muscle(3 lbs) while doing so. I looked way better than my efforts in the past.

They took the time to create a customized plan for me based on all the state of the art testing they provided. I had failed with other plans but highly recommend them to anyone given it is based on real data with the proper support needed to execute the plan.
