(February 13, 2023, 9:12 am)I have worked with Safavieh on furnishing a new home for several years and recommend them without hesitation for all your furniture needs. They carry a huge array of brands (on display at their huge showroom and also available via manufacturer catalogues), and their pricing is highly competitive. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time, and they go above and beyond to make sure the experience is flawless, from purchase through to delivery, and after.
Interior designer Natalie and store manager Alen have spent hours upon hours helping me with my selections and are quick to answer any questions via phone, email or in person. They've also been there after delivery has been made, quickly resolving any issues that arose (e.g., an item I decided to return, a manufacturer defect that needed to be addressed).
Customer service representatives Joann at headquarters and Annette at the Hartsdale store have also been gracious and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about furniture deliverer Wagner. What a lovely and talented guy! There is no hallway too narrow or stairs too steep that he can't navigate around to get a piece in place.

(September 3, 2022, 4:42 pm)I dropped by and took a look around and saw many unique furniture designs and styles. The carpets that they have on display are beautiful. I took so many photos because colors and designs inspired me to create entire rooms by the colors, moods and design each gave me. As a person who has an eye for design, I could see carpets that screamed out, "I'm a classic city carpet!" Or "I belong in a home in Connecticut with traditional millwork and simple elegance." One even cried out, "I'm going to Southampton! " Safavieh has many lovely selections and the staff were very kind in understanding my inspiration process when I took so many pictures. A big shout out to them..."You're great! Thank you!"

(June 6, 2022, 6:19 am)This past Tuesday, I went to Safavieh looking for a rug for my bedroom because we just had the bedrooms including floors redone. The customer service was phenomenal! I needed the rug by this past Friday because the movers would be putting the furniture back on Saturday. Gary was so helpful & patient in helping me find what I needed, making sure it was in stock & kept checking with warehouse re fedex pick up to ensure it would be delivered on time & keeping me updated. He even delivered rug pad himself. The rug is beautiful! I'm very happy with the purchase & customer service & would definitely buy from there again.
