(November 2, 2021, 8:47 am)Positive experience. Had a feral female yard cat spayed, along with shots, nails clipped, flea med application, etc . Very fair pricing for feral cats, everything was done in less than 1 day----- Updated on 10-28-2021 --- Ellie, The daughter of Lacey ( Mom laying cloth in pic) has just been spayed today, and also have had a positive experience. The Doctor/Vet who performs the surgery does a very good job. -- Overall my only recommendation for Twin Oaks, is to have someone dedicated to the phones & appointment scheduling and customer receiving. Overall I know they are busy all the time, but the "process could be made easier for Twin Oaks and the customer ( maybe handheld computer tablet to be used for appointment checks, when customers arrive in the parking lot, or something)

(March 31, 2019, 9:19 am)Kind staff. I go there to spay/neuter ferral cats. Staff freely advised on my dog's nails. Generous with information. Sometimes can be busy on Monday late afternoon- so call ahead to make sure animal is ready for pickup. Check for limited weekend hours.
