I want to Thank you so much for taking care of my family member so far, and making sure she is comfortable and happy. Everyone we have met so far has been fantastic especially Alyssa Ayers the Admission Coordinator! She is an asset to your facility and the best person to meet for a great first impression! Visiting my Godmother was beautiful as usual. She seems to be very well taken care of. The place was clean, smelled fresh and not death. I am happy to see her in comfort. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making me feel welcome 🙏

I come every week to visit Barbara, so it’s difficult to come up with a different take on each visit. I will say that White Oaks seems to be agreeing with her, which makes me very happy. Our families go back nearly 60 years! I was pleased that the aide in the dining room allowed me to have lunch in her room with her, not realizing that I could not stay with her in the dining room during lunch. It all worked out nicely!

My husband is currently a dementia patient at White Oaks in Woodbury NY and he is here over a year now! The staff here are understanding and most accommodating as well as highly skilled. The nurses and administrator have been quick in reevaluating any situation that we’ve been uncomfortable or concerned with! The facility is kept very clean and my husbands needs are met accordingly, and he is kept very clean as well! We have made good use of the beautiful family room on several occasions, so that my husband can feel he is still part of our family occasions and celebrations, despite his Alzheimers. I highly recommend this facility!

My sister is residing in White Oaks and I can tell you the staff and nurses are just great. Always pleasant and helpful. The floors and rooms are always clean and the patients are well taken care of. The food looks and smells delicious. Thank you caring about our loved ones.
