Il personale è cortese e il salone è nel complesso pulito. Ho prenotato un taglio presso di loro per la convenienza del prezzo: 15 euro senza piega. Tuttavia, ho scoperto li per li che il prezzo non includesse anche lo shampoo. Mi è stato detto che fosse un mio errore e svista, ma ricontrollando non c'è opzione per il cliente di selezionare anche un qualsiasi lavaggio. La mia teoria è dunque che si tratti dell'ennesima offerta dai costi occulti. Il personale è tuttavia abbastanza cortese e senza particolari problemi mi è stato offerto di bagnare i capelli. Soluzione fattibile, ma non è ciò che mi aspettavo - a ragion dovuta.
