The facility is well kept and has every piece of equipment you could ever need! I have nothing but good things to say about 1 More Rep!

The experience I have at 1 More Rep is one I’ve never experienced at any other gym before. I’ve been with Jen as my trainer for 2 years. In that time I have lost some weight but have gained so much strength! What I’ve gained will forever be more than what I’ve lost.
I’ve learned so much. How to do exercises and lift weights properly and how to best fuel my body. 1 More Rep is so much more than a training facility. It’s where I have transformed into the best, healthiest version of myself and I couldn’t have done it without the support of Jen De La Cruz at 1MR.

I started personal training with Joe 11 weeks before my wedding. I needed to lose 2 inches before my wedding to fit into my dress. Joe helped me not only meet my goal but I exceeded it by losing a total of 6 inches!! Not only did he help me meet my goal but he makes working out fun and enjoyable. I look forward to my sessions with him. I highly recommend Joe or anybody at 1 more rep to help you on your fitness journey.

Jen and the team are amazon! I found them online to help me get ready for my wedding. I work ever week for almost 2 year and I can say is I felt amazing on my engagement shoot and wedding day. The group classes are fun and also durning covid they came up with the online group classes which I was so thankful for since I was getting married in June of 2021! I would deff use then again once I get better. If you’re getting married I would highly recommend 1RM to help you get wedding ready. They listen to you on what you want to work on and how you want to look for your special day.

Not possible to love this place more than I do. I swear by my trainer for years, Pete, who is nothing but awesome. He transformed me and helped me commit to consistent training and the right healthy lifestyle. Absolutely love training with him every week. Jen who runs 1MR is terrific - completely cares about her clients and making the place the best it can be for everyone who makes the smart decision to train there. Don’t wait to be great! 1MR is the place you have been looking for!
