I had an excellent experience at heart of gold. Patrick went above and beyond, and even check my tire pressure while I was waiting for my ring. It’s hard to find people like this nowadays and I’m glad I found my jeweler.

They helped us both find our wedding bands while in our budget. They also offered to clean my engagement ring and the ring looked brand new after they cleaned my ring. Take it from me, a jewelry addict, if you need jewelry for any occasion or simply fashion definitely shop here. Abe and Patrick are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Whenever I stop by I feel very welcomed. They treat you as more than a customer but like genuine family. Sometimes it’s nice to even just stop by and talk to them and then I see something I like. You know you’ve been successful in retail not only by the sales but if you can brighten the customers day by the interaction and that’s what they never fail to do. As someone who wants to have her own jewelry store in the future their customer service leads by example for me. I have purchased from them but also come for jewelry fixes, cleanings, and gold testing and selling. If you want to get jewelry fixed this is the best place for it, they fix it on the spot rather than a multi day wait time and their prices for fixes are less too! They have Tiffany and Cartier inspired pieces that are nearly identical to the real things but for like 1/10 the price. The T ring(left) and dainty scalloped ring(right) are from them. I love wearing them daily and love that Patrick and Abe contributed to me picking out these special pieces that make me happy everytime I see them. Not only are they beautiful but they’re high quality too. Their pricing is super fair for the quality. Everything is so great that I drive 40 mins to Paramus to shop over other jewelers closer.

I had a vision of what I wanted, so he listened patiently and advised us professionally, was never pushy and always kind. We had a ring custom made and it is the most beautiful and meaningful piece of jewelry I have ever owned. We had checked out some other retailers, but not one came close to the honesty and care that Abe gives his customers. Today I got another gorgeous gift, another one from Heart of Gold, and I am thoroughly impressed. Whatever I can’t find, he can order.
