Steve, the master jewelry designer, made all my dreams come true. He and his wife were so helpful through every step of the custom jewelry design, and the end product was exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend them enough!

(July 31, 2023, 9:18 am)My wife and her friend go to Vincent’s for all their jewelry needs so when I wanted to surprise my wife with a diamond wedding band for our 40th wedding anniversary, I decided to check the store out. Steve and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped my pick a ring that was appropriate for the occasion and that fit within my budget. Steve is a jewelry designer and helped me select the diamonds and created a beautiful ring. My wife was completely surprised and was happy that I had reached out to Steve without her knowledge. This was a wonderful experience. I will definitely go back the next time I need Jewelry.

I brought in two Cartier watches that had stopped working properly, and both of them are as good as new for a fraction of what it would have cost me to bring them to Cartier or another high end watchmaker. They also had a very quick turnaround time for the repairs, so I didn’t have to go without them for weeks. They also fixed a piece of jewelry that needed repair – it was missing a small stone that had fallen out — and they repaired it at no cost. I am very pleased with the top-notch customer service I received here and will definitely return in the future.
