Lost an earring and was referred to Neil Diamonds by my insurer. Their customer service was amazing and the earring they provided as a replacement for the lost one was perfect. It looked like a matched set and the stone itself was nearly identical- even slightly better! But from start to finish I could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend!!

I worked with Howie to buy an engagement ring and had wonderful experience.
