I'm a female and he didn't try to take advantage that I might be clueless. I got a transmission fluid change. I dropped it off at 7:45 in the morning on a Thursday and by 9:37 am on the same day he called to let me know my car was ready for pick up.

I forgot to ask him an additional inquiry about my vehicle to see if he could fix it and what the estimate would be, but when I picked up my vehicle on my lunch break he said he tested my vehicle after the transmission fluid change and realized when he brakes my vehicle feels weird/rumbles and screeches (forgot his terminology) and so he checked before my arrival and said my rotor is warped. I was happy that he checked because that was my question that I forgot to ask. I said how much would it cost and when do I need to get it replaced. He was honest and instead of suckering me for quick easy buck he said I should get it changed when I need new brake pads, which I still had plenty left and gave me an estimated mileage of when to do so with the approx. Cost for brake pad & rotor replacement. I also asked if waiting would cause more serious damage to my vehicle and he said it wouldn't.

Thank you for being an honest man. It's hard to comeby now and days. I now have a trustworthy mechanic!

He recommended a pre-purchase inspection which saved me from wasting my money on a lemon car from a dishonest car dealership down the street. Best shop around when you need something done right. Carlos and his crew are extremely experienced and knowledgeable to fix your vehicle. They rebuilt my 8.8 rear and installed 4.10 gears in my 04 Mustang years ago an is still going strong. As well as helped me over the years with many other issues. Carlos has always went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. If your the type of person that wants their vehicle fixed right the first time. Then I highly recommend scheduling a appointment with advanced auto repair!
