I'm a long time patient of Dr Shams - 10 years - and have always appreciated his work. As for my experience with the practice, it has been nothing but positive. I make early AM appointments, have never had an issue waiting. I think the door stuck once. Usually, my wait time in the office in 5 minutes, and then a little longer while in the exam rooms. I've had no issues with billing, in that unlike other practices they have never coded my procedures incorrectly, and for my particular issue, there is usually no charge, but that is just my insurer.
