(June 15, 2023, 11:20 am)Dr. Bacigalupi and his assistant, Tracy, were professional, explained everything they were doing, were respectful, provided information and the opportunity to ask follow up questions, and had great "bedside manner". The healing process 10 days later has been good.

(June 13, 2023, 1:22 pm)Dr. Bacigalupi and Tracy were amazing. From the cosmetic consult, to ease of scheduling, and the actual procedure I received. They are very patient, explain everything throughly and are very honest. They don't push things that you don't want. I really enjoyed my experience with them and will definitely be coming back for anything else I decide to have done.

(May 14, 2023, 7:39 am)Nicole was excellent. She is very friendly and attentive at her job. Constantly explaining what she was doing to make me feel relax to remove a growth or a cyst on my eye lid. My wife also has been seeing Nicole for the last 6+ years and she loves her.

(April 25, 2023, 10:23 am)This wasn’t my first time at AID but it was my first time as a patient. I had a wonderful experience from my arrival to my departure. The receptionist that signed me in was very welcoming. The young lady that escorted me to the room and did my initial screening was very sweet. I met with Dr. Beschloss and he was very professional and caring. He explained to me clearly what the procedure involved that I was there for. He spoke to me in a warm tone and made sure I understood what he was saying. I felt really comfortable asking him questions I had. He also pointed me in the direction I needed to go as it relates to another procedure. He told me I would need to speak with the plastic surgeon, which he actually went to get for me so I could consult with him. When the plastic surgeon Dr Uria came in to speak with me, he was also very warm and welcoming. He explained very clearly what I would have to do. I ended up scheduling a future appointment for the procedure. I also will be going back to see Dr. Beschloss for future visits. Overall I had a great experience at AID. Thank you all for your care.

(February 28, 2023, 10:19 am)My follow up appointment was again prompt (I was in exactly at 3 for a 3 p appointment) Dr saw me less than two minutes after I went into the room and was interviewed by Bonny (also very pleasant and professional) He checked my dermatitis, saw it greatly improved, suggested further steps to be followed by me and made sure all my questions were addressed.
