(May 30, 2023, 4:43 am)My initial expectation was high about the Just Walk Out shopping. After trying it out, It was a bit disappointed. I didn't get a receipt until a few hours later. I wouldn't know what was being charged until I went home. That made me worry. Especially this is the first time I've used it.
Also, on the day of my visit (Saturday afternoon), there are many empty shelves in the store.
On the other hand, there are traditional casher checks out for those who don't feel comfortable with the Just Walk Out shopping.
*** It doesn't require prime membership to ship in the Amazon Fresh store. ***
The overall environment it good, the store is clean. It is better than many big name supermarket. However, it is not as good as Whole Foods Market. I also miss the welcoming experience where Trader Joe's provides. -

(May 20, 2023, 3:31 pm)While I would never do my main food shopping here I have added it to my rotation when I am running to Kohl's next door. Good selection for some things but not for others. There is people to help with entering and exiting but almost no one on the floor if you can't reach something you are out of luck. The ask Alexa feature has been helpful to tell me what aisle something is in. They have a good selection of Taylor Farms salads that I like. Sale prices and Amazon brand items are good but mostly everything else is priced higher then other stores. The store is never crowded and the ease of the scanning in and out without any lines is really great.

(April 13, 2023, 5:51 am)My 1st Time, But not my Last!!! Exceptional store, with well-stacked organized aisles with products varying from fresh fruits and vegetables to household products. I visited the Seafood, Bakery, and restroom facilities. Extraordinary!!!! Didn't know how the signing at the door worked until it was explained at the checkout by a superb attendant. I used my Prime account, and look forward to visiting again. Friendly, Helpful Employees, Ample Parking, Clean Environment. Affordable prices. Oh! I even bought lunch from the Pizza counter. 🍕 🍕

(December 29, 2022, 10:40 pm)We went there for the first time the other day and we were very pleased with our experience. The employees were all very helpful with explaining how it works. We did get charged for something I looked at on the hook but when I saw it on the receipt I was able to have it removed in app. Easy peasy. I will definitely shop there again.
