(September 5, 2020, 3:31 pm)Our pool was just finished. The process to C.O. is still ongoing, and we have faced a few challenges as one might expect of most things that get done right in the end. There were some excellent standout contractors/subcontractors, and the project manager and pool designer for Anthony Sylvan were wonderful to work with. But there was at least one character who makes us wary of welcoming new pool persons into our home and lives.
Thankfully and wonderfully, my wife and I were happy to receive a tutorial by Diego from Aqua Leisure in Elmsford. Diego is thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly caring. He seems to love his job. He is patient and kind, and I felt a lot of appreciation for him. If Diego’s skills & personality are a promise of high quality and personal touch provided by Aqua Leisure in Elmsford as a whole, I feel excited for the prospect. In sum, Diego made a great first impression and may just have made us Aqua Leisure in Elmsford customers for life.
