Nancy and her team are highly skilled, professional and supportive of the entire process of choosing and customizing hearing aids. They advocated for me with the manufacturer on some warranty repairs/replacements issues, which resulted in a good outcome for me, and have been really helpful whenever I have needed help with programming. As a baby, I was diagnosed with bilateral sensory hearing loss and have been wearing hearing aids since birth. For 36 years, I never had a problem until I was told that I had a severe deviated steptum which I completely ignored and it caused my nose to have an insane amount of sinus infections. As a result, my eutaushian tube was not working or closing and it resulted a middle ear infection. I went to the ENT and they had to put in a tube in my ear which released the pressure and the infection. It caused a lot of stress and frustration but I couldn't hear the way I used to. I also had to get my septum fixed from the ear nose doctor and it made a huge difference in my life. I came across Nancy Datino on Google and boy she is by far the BEST audiologist in the U.S.!!!!!!!!. She is kind, caring, sweet and not only does she take the time to hear your complaints but she recommends what kind of hearing aids would be comfortable. She has a wonderful staff and her assistant Alyssa is absolutely amazing. She turned my worst year of my life to the best year within a year or so with new hearing aids. This one person truly saved my life and I don't know what I would do without her. For any kind of hearing issues or problems, this person is highly recommended and she will give you the best advice. She really cares and listens to your needs. My mom went to Nancy and finally agreed to get hearing aids. She was incredibly patient with her and was so helpful. She worked within my mom's budget.It's nice to see caring in a profession that's all about into in and out appointments.
