When I needed a roofing firm, my neighbor suggested Austex Roofing & Siding Co.. She was pleased with their work; they surpassed her expectations. Smith arrived and provided a timeframe and quote. The group arrived at the crack of dawn and worked nonstop until it was finished. They were competent and looked out for our neighbors' safety as well. They left our place tidy. I am very happy with the work that Austex did for me, they repaired my roof because is was leaking a lot, After the repair was done, about 4 weeks later it rained a lot, and I so a few drops falling from the ceiling. I call them and they came right away and had a person work on the roof for more than 5 hours, to make sure all was patched, about 4 days later it rained very hard, and they call me to make sure that the roof was not leaking. I haven't seen a company do that in a long time. I would give them 5 stars.
Austex Roofing & Siding was easy to work with and followed up after quote with date of installation. Price quote was what cost was, no last minute changes. Multiple workers got the job done in one day with amazing clean up and promptness. Would highly recommend!
Austex Roofing & Siding Co was excellent to work with. They have some of the best prices and quality of work. Once everything was set up, the crew completed my roof in less than a day and a half. They were extremely professional and cared for the landscaping. When the job was finished, they came out, took a detailed video showing what had been done and then answered any questions I had. I definitely recommend it.
