The instructors are phenomenal. I've worked out with about 4/5 trainers and all are fantastic. They motivate you, they push you to succeed and they make you utilize every bit of the 45 minute exercise.
They are also on ClassPass with low credits, you receive a free workout for half the credits as other gyms.
They also have an amazing juice bar, multiple options for pre and post workout. It's not a huge gym but enough space to get you right for the summer or general health/ wellness goals.

Great trainers Jose is my personal fave! Wonderful for all levels. Nice clean facility great for both men and women. Awesome playlist in a great atmosphere. Baya bar inside is an added bonus and so delicious after an intense workout!

I took a yoga class with instructor Kaia on Wednesday, Feb 1st and i felt sore after (but in a good way!) :)

Kaia walked around the room and helped correct my positions, which ultimately led to me feeling a better stretch!

Kaia def made the room feel zen which further helped me to get into a relaxed state of mind. Without a doubt I will be taking more classes with her!

BA is a home away from home. A place to find like minded & positive people. The trainers are very professional & always assist with correct form. BA welcomes all levels of athleticism no matter the age. The members support each other. The classes are always different & can be modified to as challenging as anyone wants them to be. We’re very blessed to have BA in our community. On the down side, be prepared to sweat & get your BA kicked.

If you are looking to transform your body and/or your mindset about working out and staying fit- BAA, is the place for you.
Many different class times to choose from, that can fit a busy schedule & life. Love that they offer Spin classes, too. Overall, full body workouts, everyday. Instructors are great and knowledgeable. Facility is clean, & that’s also important!
