A+, highly recommended. I gotta say, I was very depressed and felt hopeless for a long time until I started going here. There are days where I don’t want to go to therapy but when I do, it was all worth it.

My issue is very unique but Tanairy has done a great job in listening, and pinpointing where my issues are and the steps to over come them. She’s honest and wants the best for you, even if it’s not at Balance…which is admirable.

The help that I’m getting at Balance Health isn’t something I can read in a book or online either. I really don’t see myself going to any other therapist. The establishment is clean and cozy. Parking is good too.

After leaving a session, I feel like I can finally breathe and think more clearly.

Thanks again and appreciate the guidance you’ve given to help me through this rough time.

Tanairy is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and insightful therapist. She has helped me process work and family related issues. I’m so grateful for the tools I now have to tackle challenges big and small. I highly recommend her and her practice (I have friends who I referred who sing the praises of all the therapists in this network).

My daughter has been counseled by Darcy Barillas at Balance Mental Health Counseling for a year now. What a Godsend Darcy has been. She is so attentive, understanding and great at truly working with an individual's needs. She goes above and beyond in accommodating schedule needs, and responds right away if I as the parent have questions or concerns. She is the kind of professional I could have only hoped for my child - my daughter is in a completely different place from one year ago thanks to Darcy's patience, kindness and dedication to her profession.
