(February 1, 2023, 11:55 am)Overall an excellent experience. Went in for a 10K service, and inspection. Was greeted the moment I entered the door. Facility was clean, organized and everyone had a smile. Front desk check-in staff was friendly, and explained the process. My service advisor was Crystal. She was great. She addressed all my concerns, and answered all my questions. Got me in and out as quick as possible due to I was with my 3 year old. Overall a great experience. Night and day compared to the other dealer service centers I have been to. Definitely will return for future service requirements.
