Every time I buy a new package, I’m told to pay half on the 1st visit of the package and the remaining balance on the second visit. Well yesterday, I’m buying once again a new package for Brazilian and receptionist told me flat out that it’s not possible to pay the package in 2 visits because I’m getting 50% off on the package!! Mind you, the last couple of packages I’ve been purchasing have all been 50% off and I was allowed to pay the packages in full within 2 visits. Not a cool way to treat loyal customers! Also, the receptionist can come off a little rude sometimes and that was the case yesterday!!
