I took my bike in for repair and they fixed it within 10 minutes. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. They have good rates on bike repairs, tune ups, bikes, e-bikes, and other related vehicles. I highly recommend Monkline for any micro mobility needs in Northeast Queens!

So my e-bike couldn’t charge for weeks. I tried to reach out to the Amazon seller but it seems like they are not super honest people. So I decided to take my bike to the shop the closest to me. They were SUPER nice and took the time to figure out what the problem was! The charger didn’t work. The gentleman took the time to search for the right charger for me to buy on Amazon. He helped carry my bike from and to my car. I was very happy when I left and definitely recommend to give them your business.

Outstanding service and very knowledgable! Went to have a tire fixed which was quick and easy. I'll be heading back to have a conversion kit on my bike installed. Wish I had seen their great selection earlier.

Very nice staff and a great addition to the neighborhood. Have a huge selection of bike and services. My bike got a flat and was going to buy a patch for it online but it's going to take many days. I found this bike shop newly open in our neighborhood and was able to get the patch and fix the flat right away.

They assembled my first mountain bike in a day. Excellent service and professionalism. Very friendly and bike is great just need to wait until weather gets warmer to be on the road.
