The salesman (Holman) that we worked with was awesome. He worked with us, I felt he helped guide us make decisions that ultimately saved us some money, yet gave us everything we were looking for. He was not pushy, nor looking to over sell. Our overall experience with sales, and the managers in the sales room was excellent.

The place is great. Evan was GREAT.

The review lost one star because the car I was checking out (granted it’s a used 2010 car) was rattling the moment the car was started. I would expect better quality from this particular dealership because they are one of the best. I also overheard one employee criticizing a customer after they had left (he was saying it to another employee) and that wasn’t professional.

Also - it’s definitely a man’s world in there. I didn’t see not ONE female employee.

This was my first visit to the service department and couldn’t have been happier. The people who work there are polite and courteous with how they present themselves to their customers. Even the waiting area is very inviting while waiting for your car. I only have good things to say about my first experiences from purchasing my Subaru to having it serviced. Kudos to Bill Kolb Jr’s dealership!

I have an old Subaru outback that we inherited. It's a good solid car but needed a close inspection before handing off to our college age younger son. The service department did an outstanding job of looking at everything from cables to brake pads to sensors. Their report, a detailed accounting, would make the director of NASA proud. I was astounded at how thorough the service team was. I also greatly appreciated that each item could be checked off the list for future repair or checked for immediate repair according to my budget and wishes.
I highly recommend this service. They aren't cheap but considering the depth of inspection that must-have taken several hours, I would say that the price for repairs is well worth it.
