(February 7, 2023, 10:46 am)Great customer service, prompt and quick. Called another shop 2/7/23 spent almost 25 minutes on the phone an still hadn't made an order. Called black Dahlia an with in 5 minutes I was done!!! Super friendly and understanding on the phone. Great place to do business!!!!

They were kind, patient and very helpful, providing suggestions and creativity with what we needed and wanted while staying in our budget. We received so many compliments on how absolutely gorgeous our flowers were. We are so thankful for Black Dahlia and would highly recommend them for any floral needs!

(April 24, 2021, 10:21 pm)Sonja and Black Dahlia were fantastic to work with! I spoke to 4 florists and her work speaks for itself. We had a long consultation and I found her very personable and thorough from start to finish. I gave her pics from Pinterest and told her we wanted whites, greenery and pops of dusty blue and she ran with it. We got our centerpieces, floral arch, bouquets and boutonnieres through her and everything was absolutely stunning and fresh the day of. I didn’t think I would care much about flowers but I ended up opting to spend MORE money to get them preserved - I was (and still am) obsessed!
