Dr. Dave and Kat at Blue Iron Physio have been instrumental to the long term health and well being of both of my elite athletes. My dancer and hockey goalie receive the appropriate and customized physical therapy programs for their body type and sport. My goalie experienced a significant concussion in season and because of the preventative PT he had been doing with Dave, my goalie was able to return to play sooner and safely! Blue Iron is also flexible and accommodating for this working mom! Because of Blue Iron Physio our family now understands how crucial preventative physical therapy is as well as maintaining a regular PT program. I attribute my athletes success both on and off the ice and dance floor, to the care and education they receive at Blue Iron Physio. I came to blue Iron because I am training for a half marathon and I have been experiencing bilateral knee pain, limiting my ability to complete distance runs. I worked with Kat, who was knowledgeable, supportive and professional during my time here. She utilized a 3D run analysis, that allowed us to identify deficits in my form. This lead to us implementing strategies and cues that now have allowed me to run pain free and continue on my journey of completing my half marathon. Kat has also provided me with a plethora of strengthening exercises to assist with reducing pain and improving my muscle imbalances. I would recommend this facility for anyone seeking physical therapy services

CUSTOMIZED, personal evaluation, exercises developed specifically for my condition, PERSONAL follow-up, a PROFESSIONAL video portal to see exactly what and how to do at-home exercises are all part of the special care at Blue Iron Physio. Every visit, new stretches were added, based on my progress from the week before. I was challenged to and DID achieve 100% recovery. Forget the rest - go to the BEST.

David (founder/ head trainer) was so super responsive and helpful. Immediately after hurting my lower back while running and having to hitch hike my way home I called David and asked him what to do.

He was able to accurately diagnose me over the phone and tell me what to do. For the next 72 hours I bombarded him with phone calls and text messages - which he happily answered and talk me through my pain - and informed me exactly what was wrong.

He gave me some ideas of exercises I could do to start the recovery process. For the next few days I did the exercises and to my amazement I started to feel great within a few short days.

I'm so thankful to have had the help of Blue Iron Physio. My last back injury caused me to miss months of training. With the help of a great PT like David, I was only out for a few short days.

For context, I am a pretty dedicated runner with a goal of a sub 2:45 Marathon. To anyone who takes their sport and their training seriously, Blue Iron is the way to go.
