Boatmax

I recently had my Cruisers 560 Express hauled for a considerable amount of underwater work, bottom painting, zincs and propellers recalibrated. The complete outside was washed and waxed making it look like new. The port side step had to have the bolts that secured it to the hull replaced. When my wife Jacqui and I first met Josephine the General Manager of BoatMax, to discuss the project and its timing, we were impressed with her knowledge and ease of implementing our requirements. Then we were introduced to Rossy the Service Manager, who furthered complimented the overall project. My wife Jacqui got so impressed with the fact BoatMax is run by women and they have my vote as well. To summarize BoatMax will have all future work that has be carried out on our boat the High Jinks.

Nathalie was professional, patient, understanding, hardworking and got the job done. Met all my expectations and got the deal done in the short time I needed it to be done. Mike who showed us the boat and did our Sea trial, was a great personality and very accommodating. I bought this nice and beautiful boat, Sea Sprite 34. We sailed her down south from Bronx to Oriental. The first day, we hit storm and wind was 25 nm/hr. The boat handled very well and I could hardly find the leaks.
This is a 1983 boat. I would expect the devices are out dated. The broker didn't hide anything and put everything up to front. This gives me the chance to well prepare for the potential issues.
After the survey, the broker changed the head for me, which I really appreciated as well.
Overall, as the first time boat owner, I was very happy on my buying experience with Natalie and Mike in BoatMax.

Just purchased a Yamaha SX192 from BoatMax. Nathalie made the purchase easy. She was great to deal with and communicated with me every step of the way. During the engine test mechanic (JR) was very helpful and friendly. Treated the boat as if it were his.
