Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and practices what he preaches, which is always refreshing to see. Once again if you’re looking for quality results, I would train with Jeff Yeager.

He is not the cookie cutter trainer. Mr. Yeager has over 40 years experience and had trained some top professional athletes.
