Brightside is great. The staff is caring, the facility is warm, welcoming and clean, it's the absolute only place I found that didn't require a spend down AND was helpful in getting everything ready to have my grandfather move in. A real gem of a facility. I'm sorry grateful for Brightside and their exceptional team.

Better than the average assisted living facility. Their constraint is the amount of money their clients can pay from their Medicaid. Mostly two bed rooms with communial dining. Friendly staff. The building was a private home that was expanded and a modern elevator was installed. They are about to expand again. Still has that small scale facility look and feel.
