Sue and Michelle are the best!
He has enjoyed the music/yoga workshops as well! I highly recommend these classes! -

I have seen huge improvements in their confidence levels, ability to practice mindfulness & stress reduction, not to mention the obvious fitness benefits. They've taught some great skills while being fun and loving. The best of the best!

Even more importantly , she taught him breathing and calming techniques that he still uses. She is immensely talented!
