Excellent Orthodontic Service for My Son!

I have been driving a long distance to bring my son to his orthodontist for the past four years (after we have moved from Englewood NJ to CT), and I couldn't be happier with the service we've received. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the orthodontist, has been exceptional in their professionalism and care.

The orthodontist, Dr. Capan, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Their expertise and attention to detail have truly made a difference in my son's smile. They took the time to explain each step of the treatment plan, ensuring that we understood the process and felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Capan also listened attentively to our concerns and answered all our questions with patience and clarity.

The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, equipped with a variety of coffee machines. The scheduling system is efficient, and we never had to wait excessively long for our appointments.

I also appreciate the efforts made by the staff to create a positive and encouraging environment for the young patients. They go above and beyond to make my son feel at ease during his visits, helping to alleviate any anxiety he may have had.

The results of my son's orthodontic treatment have been truly remarkable. His smile has been transformed, and I can't express how grateful I am to the entire team for their dedication and expertise. The improvement we've witnessed in his teeth alignment and overall oral health is truly outstanding.

Though the distance from Monroe CT may be long, the exceptional service we have received makes it all worthwhile.
