(August 22, 2022, 11:05 am)I ordered a custom bunk bed with integrated stairs and drawers and the entire process was professional, efficient, and communicative. I proposed design ideas and Roberto responded with helpful changes and ideas, which after a few iterations, resulted in an amazing design. The bed arrived exactly as I envisioned and went together like a charm. If anyone has ever put together something from Ikea and stared at the directions, assembling a Casa bed is exactly the opposite--intuitive and easy (I had white glove assembly, but helped the installers and saw how easy it was). Although Casa furniture is expensive, it is super high end furniture with thoughtful design and attention to detail. I plan on ordering a desk and storage system for my own office from Casa--truly a remarkable company and product.

(July 28, 2022, 7:20 pm)What a wonderful store! Needed a bunk bed that had to fit exactly 77 inches. Came down to the warehouse, Francis and Emily were super nice and informative. They had so many cute and well made furniture. Our kids are really looking forward to the bunkbed. Definitely will be coming back!

His employees were extremely professional during the delivery and installation. Our son absolutely loves his bed; we look forward to working together in the future.
