(May 30, 2023, 5:19 pm)We came in looking for a specific car we saw online and Shawn helped us purchase it. After inspecting the car and seeing that the tires could use some work he was able to provide us with four new free tires prior to us taking the car home. He was able to answer all questions and made the buying process very smooth. Unfortunately the finance department only contained one individual and so the signing papers portion of the process took quite a bit of time, but the company was able to accommodate and gave us 2 years of free oil changes. Overall although the process was longer than expected, we are happy with the purchase and it was pretty flawless.

It took me more than two days to make a decision and my salesperson Shawn was very understanding. The owner was friendly, the receptionist was nice, the financial guy works his talents to get my car and the service guys were great. Thank you!

(January 11, 2023, 2:39 am)We were greeted by Anthony who made us feel comfortable at the CPM dealer and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Anthony and Andrey were very informative and answering very patiently every question we asked!! Thanks for a test drive, help making things easier and less reluctant to made our decision eventually while we were very skeptical!!
