She texts me whenever I'm due and makes sure all info is up to date. The service is everything I can ask for. Type 1 Diabetes is hard enough, it's meaningful and special when you find service like this. Thank you, Marie and the staff at Charles Pharmacy. Your a pleasure to work with.

The best staff and they shine in the customer service area too , always polite take their time and do all the work for you when dealing with insurance and doctors scripts, which everyone knows that’s the worst ever to deal with . I would recommend them to all my diabetic friends !!

(May 15, 2020, 2:03 pm)I'm a type 1 diabetic I use a insulin pump and the dexcom g6. I was in a need for supplies for the sensors and for the infusion set for my pump. I was about 12 days early to get my supplies, they worked with the insurance company and got the approval to get all supplies earlier. They're so polite, nice and understanding your needs and they work with you to do whatever they can to please you to the highest standards. It's hard for me to describe them, hopefully you understand and get what I'm trying to say.
